Margaret Haes Riding Centre is supporting a British Horse Society marquee by the Urn, Market Place, as part of Ramsbottom’s Kokoro Festival of Health, Well Being and Spirit.
Come join us at British Horse Society marquee to celebrate how horses touch the lives of people, helping them to heal and to embrace the new and the possible. Horses have a remarkable role to play in impacting on peoples’ lives, young and old. Horses help people develop more positive and beneficial states of mind, as well as improving physical health. Find out about the work of the British Horse Society, the largest and most influential equestrian charity in the UK and local Centres where you can get involved including volunteering. WIND IN THE WILLOWS:
Illyria the award winning theatre company is back at the Margaret Haes Riding Centre and this year a family show, Wind in the Willows, 31 May 2025 gates open at 4pm and performance starts at 5pm . Fundraising for the Riding Centre. One of young riders has been making finger puppets of Mr Badger, Mr Toad , Ratty and Moley to sell on the night! Chocolate tombola, hot dogs and refreshments.
